Recipe: Broiler Seared Potatoes

This is a recipe for the way to make heated potatoes that go with any dinner and are a heavenly and simple side dish.

Portrayal:

p.p. – tablespoon 15 ml
t.x – teaspoon 5 ml
Fixings:

Potatoes – 6 laptops/medium size/
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Dark pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – 1+1/2 tsp
Guidelines:
1. Preheat the broiler to 200C.
2. Wash the potatoes completely. Leave the skin on. The skin makes it fresh and holds it back from getting excessively dry.
3. Cut into triangles.
4. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt and blend well in with the potatoes.
5. Put on the baking sheet and heat in the broiler for 35 minutes.
6. Can be eaten with ketchup and mayonnaise plunge.
